Your photos stay on your device

Photo KB processes selected photos and files locally. We do not operate a photo server and do not receive your images. The app has no account system, advertising or analytics SDK. System pickers provide access to the items you choose; Photo KB does not request access to your entire photo library.

Local storage

The app keeps preferences, saved rules, recent settings and a free-use counter in its local storage. Imported working copies and processing results are held in the app cache. Working copies are removed when replaced by a new selection; remaining app-owned working files are cleared at startup. Copies you save to Files, Photos or another destination remain under your control. Uninstalling the app removes its local data, subject to Apple's backup and restore behavior.

Apple services and sharing

Apple handles in-app purchases, payment information and StoreKit entitlement verification. We do not receive your payment card details. Downloading an iCloud item, making or restoring a purchase, or sharing to a destination may use the network and is governed by that provider's policies. We may receive aggregate sales reports from Apple. The app does not send us per-user purchase or usage analytics.

Support and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request, do not sell it, and keep it only as long as needed to resolve the request or meet legal obligations. Do not send private identity photos. You can request deletion of support correspondence by email. This static website uses Cloudflare hosting, which may process IP addresses and request details for delivery and security. We add no tracking cookies or analytics scripts.

Changes and your choices

You choose what to import and where to export. You can remove saved rules in the app and remove exported copies in their destination. There is no app account to delete. This policy will be updated here if the app's data practices change.
